What Out of Box Learning collects, and why

• What you send through the form: your answer to "Student full name", your answer to "Current grade level", your answer to: so the business can reply to you
• Your booking: the service, the time you pick, your name and email, and your phone number and any note you add: to hold your place, confirm it and remind you
• What you ordered, and the address it goes to: to fulfil the order and keep a receipt
• Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach this site: Stripe processes the payment
• What you say in the chat: to answer you, and so the business can follow up
• Whatever you enter in the app on this site: so it can show it back to you

Who else sees it

These services help run this business and handle some of your information as part of that:

• Stripe, payments
• Runza: hosts this site and keeps its forms and bookings

Getting rid of it

Paid orders stay on the business's books, because a receipt is their record and they are generally required to keep it.
